*Shadow Yoga
Shadow Yoga, as brought to life by Shandor Remete, is a powerful form of yoga that also takes from the wisdom of the Oriental Martial Arts. In this blending of yoga and martial arts, the practitioner is challenged to find greater strength and flexibility. Shadow Yoga focuses on the 108 Junctures in the body, as well as the synchronization of the breath and the application of the bandhas. The rewards of doing this practice are bountiful. Taught as a sequence of poses, Shadow Yoga focuses one’s attention in a deeply inward gaze, while at the same time dramatically increasing one’s ability to channel greater amounts of energy. When practiced regularly, Shadow Yoga will deepen your experience of yoga. Shadow Yoga is a very powerful form of yoga that will undoubtedly bring about change in your being.
